We are thrilled to announce our first F1 Academy course of 2020, “FellowshipOne, Help!” With all the new releases of FellowshipOne, we admit, it can be a bit confusing where you can go for help. We also recognize that life can be busy, and you may have missed an announcement or two of the new community and help features available to all our FellowshipOne partners. The FellowshipOne, Help! course introduces the teams designed to answer your questions and provide you resources to be equipped in using FellowshipOne. The FellowshipOne, Help! course is live in the F1 Academy. Click Enroll Now on the landing page, and start this course TODAY!
If you’ve never heard of the F1 Academy nor created an account, the process is simple. From the FellowshipOne Portal, click the question mark in the top right header and select F1 Academy from the menu. Click Sign In and then Create a new account. Enter your name, email address, password & church code. And voila, you have a F1 Academy account! If it’s been a while since you’ve logged into the F1 Academy and you’ve forgotten your password, don’t fret. Click Forgot Password, follow the prompts and you’ll be all set.
In 2020, our Education Team is committed to releasing a new course each month containing videos with caption, a downloadable workbook, interactive assignments, case studies, and quizzes, to name a few. Discussion posts are available in the top right corner of each lesson for questions you have regarding the lesson. Not only is this monitored by our Education Team but also visible to other users if they choose to offer their expertise as well.
